When I was about seventeen, I remember being a nursing student living in a large 4 1/2 rented apartment in Laval. However, over the years, my life has changed in multiple areas, and I finally found my way into fashion school a few years later.

Entrepreneurship & the sacrifice I made

After much research, I was able to find a place very close to work that allowed me to walk there and save time to concentrate on my future projects. Many people don’t know that I have been living in a very modest and small 2 1/2 apartment to build and create my dream. I choose to temporarily sacrifice and invest in my studies to develop a unique vision I have always.

I knew I was able to make it work, reach my first set of goals, and build this beautiful Idea I constantly envision.

I lived in this space for almost ten years. I am sincerely grateful I’ve listened to my inner voice and decided to stay there. Most of the time, I was at school, working (sometimes three jobs at the same time), or spending quality time with family and friends whenever I had a chance. In addition to my living sacrifice, I missed many holidays with my family at the time.

I still remember my friends trying to convince me to move elsewhere. However, I decided to stay and focus on the long-term outcome. I always do, even if it’s not always easy at some point.

During this time, this sacrifice allowed me during semesters to only work two days a week during my studies and then start building my first Atelier.

Here is a visual timeline of my Atelier and the making journey.

Preface: Building the foundation

Souvenir | This picture has been taken during the last year before I moved to my now current location. My Atelier is built on a strong foundation of years of sacrifices and self-focus.
Souvenir | Bespoke design & Luxury Craftsmanship | Although it was not as spacious,
I was more than grateful to have a location that can provide me with enough space and time to create.
Souvenir | This desk has followed me for so many years.
