Ownership of the file does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights in the artwork itself. All copyright remains the exclusive property of Atelier Dally Louizia.
Each Digital Artwork is sold as part of a stated limited edition (e.g., “Limited Edition of 10”). We do not guarantee or represent that any edition number corresponds to a specific resale value.
Digital Artwork purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, except where required by applicable law.
6. Refunds and Returns — Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of Digital Artwork are final once the secure download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.
- Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if a technical issue prevents successful delivery of the purchased file, provided you contact us within 3 days of purchase.
- We are not able to offer refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incompatibility with personal devices, as product specifications (file format, resolution, and dimensions) are clearly stated on the product page prior to purchase.
- This policy does not affect any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable Quebec consumer protection law.
